Discovery

During our first meeting we learn more about you and your needs, and you learn about us and what we offer. A clear understanding of your history, target audience, campaign or product, budget, timeline, competitors, etc. is necessary to form a complete proposal for you.

Research

It’s time for us to part ways and get some questions answered. During the Discovery stage, topics may have arisen that hadn’t initially been considered. To get a precise scope of the project, these facts must be determined early.

Creative

This is where we lock ourselves up in the office and brainstorm, brainstorm, brainstorm. While keeping your needs in mind, the creative juices flow. From the ideas that come from brainstorming, all the necessary elements that were discussed are reconsidered. Which of these concepts is most suitable for what is described in the proposal? These are the design concepts that get presented to you.

Presentation

You are now presented with the chosen concepts and explanations of the concepts, which include descriptions of design elements. After considering this information, you decide on which concept to proceed with, and inform us of any revisions at that time.

Development

Whether we’re working on a logo, brochure, website—there is fine tuning to be done to the chosen design. This is the time that we perfect the files so that the result is flawless.

Approval

After the Development stage, you need to approve the final design and sign off so that we may begin the production.

Production

We may be supplying logo files to you, getting your stationery package printed, your report printed and bound, uploading a website…this is the stage at which the actualization of the design happens.

Evaluation

Is the piece producing the desired results?
How effective has it been?
Did we do what we said we’d do in the proposal?
We examine the final piece with you.
